A concentration of retail and commercial businesses along the A27 corridor on the eastern edge of Locks Heath. The area includes car showrooms, DIY stores, furniture retailers, trade suppliers and other large-format businesses. Segensworth provides access to goods and services that require more space than the village shopping centres can offer. The area is entirely car-oriented and is busiest during daytime retail hours and weekday commuter periods.
